RingPass

Current version: 0.25.3

What's new in RingPass and RingDesk

Here we describe changes in plain language: what exhibitors will notice in RingPass, what the show office will notice in the RingDesk panel, and what judges and ring secretaries will notice on the tablet. The version number is shown in the footer of every page. The newest changes are at the top.

0.25.3 — 4 October 2026

  • Show office: the totem and the TV screen always fit entirely on the TV (also Chromecast with Google TV and 4K TVs) — no need to reduce the browser zoom.

0.25.2 — 4 October 2026

  • Show office: the totem and the TV screen fit Android TVs better (e.g. Chromecast with Google TV) — the whole board instead of a zoomed-in part.

0.25.1 — 4 October 2026

  • Show office: the totem and the TV screen switch to full screen when you press OK on the TV remote (or click the screen) — also on Android TVs and Chromecast.

0.25.0 — 4 October 2026

  • Show office: a new field “Languages of ring-side screens” in “Details and dates”. Tick e.g. Polish and English — the ring-side totems and the honorary ring TV screen will show every board in both languages in turn. Useful at international shows.
  • Spectators: guests from abroad read the ring queue, class results and breed winners in their language; numbers and titles (BOB, CWC) are the same everywhere.

0.24.5 — 4 October 2026

  • Spectators: the results show after a ring finishes starts with a “Ring finished judging” screen listing the breeds, and every results page stays on screen for the same time.

0.24.4 — 4 October 2026

  • Spectators and exhibitors: after the last class in a ring the totem shows its results (places, numbers, awards) marked “awaiting the judge's signature”, instead of jumping straight to “Ring finished judging”.

0.24.3 — 4 October 2026

  • Spectators and exhibitors: when a ring has finished judging, the totem cycles through the results of every breed in that ring — breed by breed: breed winners, then the class places. Only results confirmed by the judge, no grades.

0.24.2 — 4 October 2026

  • Spectators: the ring-side totem does not show grades — only places, numbers, the judge's awards (e.g. CWC) and breed titles. Grades are in the live results and the results catalogue.

0.24.1 — 4 October 2026

  • Spectators and exhibitors: the ring-side totem shows the results of each class right after it ends — places as catalogue numbers (place 1, place 2…) and the judge's awards (e.g. CWC), marked “awaiting the judge's signature”.
  • Spectators and exhibitors: after the judge confirms a breed, the ring-side totem shows not only the breed winners but also the results of every class — places I–IV with number, dog name, grade and awards. The pages change automatically every few seconds.

0.24.0 — 4 October 2026

  • Show office and spectators: a new ring-side screen (totem) — a TV next to the ring shows who is in the ring now: breed, class, sex, judge and the catalogue numbers (the dog being judged is highlighted in green).
  • Exhibitors: a “Get ready” section — the next two classes with their numbers, so you know when to come without the ring steward calling you. Ring progress and the estimated end time are shown too.
  • Spectators: when the judge confirms a breed with the PIN, the totem shows the breed winners (BOB, BOS, BOJ…) with number and dog name for two minutes. Grades appear only after the judge signs, without owners' data.
  • Show office: the totem address is live.ringpass.eu/poznan/ring/1 (branch short name and ring number) — a browser on a TV, mini PC or laptop is enough, no login. The screen stays on, and a double click switches to full screen.

0.23.2 — 3 October 2026

  • Exhibitors: the dog's data can be read automatically from a photo of the pedigree — only if you want it. When you add your first dog, RingPass asks whether a model on the Kynologic server should read the data (the photo is not sent to outside companies) or you will type it in yourself.
  • Exhibitors: you can change your choice at any time in “Account” → “Reading the pedigree from a photo”. The reading only suggests fields — you approve the data, and the show office checks the pedigree.
  • Everyone: a new version of the privacy policy (3 October 2026) — reading the pedigree from a photo at your choice.

0.23.1 — 3 October 2026

  • Audience and show office: every branch has a fixed, short live results address, e.g. live.ringpass.eu/poznan, and for a TV in the hall live.ringpass.eu/poznan/tv. No login, always the branch’s current show — a TV set up once moves on to the next day and the next show by itself.
  • Show office: the address, a “Copy” button and a QR code for posters are in “Team and permissions” → “Branch details”. The administrator can change the short name (e.g. “poznan”).
  • Audience: when no show is running, the live results page says “We are not broadcasting any show right now — see you soon” and shows the next broadcast; on a show day before the start you see the start time.
  • Everyone: live results run on a separate server — a large audience does not slow down the show office or the ring secretaries’ tablets.

0.23.0 — 3 October 2026

  • Show office (administrator, treasurer): “Branch payments” is now a list of payment methods — you can have several gateways (Przelewy24, PayU) and several bank accounts, e.g. one in PLN and one in EUR. Each has a name shown to exhibitors and the currencies it accepts.
  • Show office: the show price list has a new “Payments at this show” part — a price list for exhibitors from abroad in EUR (class prices, extras, discount) and the choice of payment methods for this show.
  • Exhibitors from abroad: at a show with a EUR price list RingPass asks for your country of residence and shows prices in EUR. You pay through a gateway or by SEPA transfer to the EUR account (with IBAN and BIC).
  • Exhibitors: on the payment page you choose one of the available methods, e.g. BLIK via Przelewy24 or a transfer to the organiser’s account.
  • Show office: at a show with a EUR price list you see the exhibitor’s country of residence and a “price list?” marker when something suggests that someone from abroad chose the cheaper domestic price list (country changed in the profile, EUR payments at other shows, transfer from a foreign account, foreign phone or e-mail). One click marks “Price list checked” or recalculates an unpaid entry in EUR.
  • Show office: in “Finance”, EUR payments are counted separately — never mixed with złoty and never converted. Reports have a currency column.

0.22.6 — 1 October 2026

  • RingDesk: old links to the page for organisers now lead to ringdesk.eu by themselves.

0.22.5 — 1 October 2026

  • RingDesk: the page for organisers is now the home page at ringdesk.eu itself.

0.22.4 — 1 October 2026

  • Show office (administrator): "Branch details" has a new setting "Pass show results to BreedManager at exhibitors' request" (on by default). When it is off, results from the branch's shows are not passed to BreedManager — also for dogs already linked. The setting is shown on the team page, and every change is recorded in the event log.
  • Exhibitor: the page for linking a dog with BreedManager now says plainly that we pass on only published results (approved by the judge) and that results from shows of organisers who have disabled passing results on will not reach BreedManager.
  • Everyone: a new version of the privacy policy (1 October 2026) — a new part about passing your dog's results to BreedManager at your request, including how to withdraw consent.

0.22.3 — 30 September 2026

  • Exhibitor: when a kennel in BreedManager asks for your dog's results, RingPass clearly shows which kennel is asking, which results it will get (show, date, class, grade, placement, titles, judge) and whether they will be public on its website.
  • Exhibitor: linking requires ticking the consent box. Without it nothing is passed on — the kennel can only ask you.
  • Exhibitor: the dog's page shows which kennel the dog is linked with and since when. "Unlink from BreedManager" stops passing results on, and BreedManager deletes the results already passed on. The same happens when you delete the dog or your account.
  • Exhibitor: links made before this change do not pass results on until you confirm them again with a link from BreedManager.
  • Exhibitor: the microchip number and your contact details never reach BreedManager.

0.22.2 — 30 September 2026

  • RingDesk: ringdesk.eu now permanently opens the page for organisers (keeping the chosen language).

0.22.1 — 30 September 2026

  • Exhibitor: a RingPass dog can now be linked with a dog in BreedManager. In BreedManager click "Link with RingPass" on the dog's profile, sign in to RingPass, choose your dog and confirm. Show results then reach the right dog's history without guessing by name.
  • Exhibitor: BreedManager does not get the microchip number, pedigree number or your details — only which dog in the results is this dog. The link is shown on the dog's page and can be removed at any time.

0.22.0 — 30 September 2026

  • Office: new menu item “Show day” (and a card on the dashboard). The “Start day” button opens the tablets — only then do secretaries get the dog queue. Before the start you see warnings (e.g. judges without a PIN, breeds without a judge, open preparation tasks), but they do not block the start.
  • Office: you can click in the morning and the tablets start at the start time (e.g. 10:00) — or choose “Now”. There is also an automatic start at the start time, without clicking.
  • Secretary and steward: tablets and phones can be signed in early. Before the start the app shows “The show starts at 10:00”, a countdown, your role, the judge and the rings. The dog queue appears by itself after the start.
  • Office: “End day” (on the last day “End show”) closes entries from tablets and shows the gaps: breeds without PIN approval and dogs without a grade. The office makes corrections in “Entry check”. After “End show” the complete results go to partners and you can send thank-you e-mails.
  • Administrator: ended a day by mistake? “Resume day” (with a reason) opens the tablets again.
  • Tablet log: day start and end, and entry attempts before the start.

0.21.3 — 30 September 2026

  • Documents: updated privacy policy (backups kept for up to 30 days) and RingPass terms (submitting an entry requires a confirmed e-mail address).

0.21.2 — 29 September 2026

  • Live results: much faster and lighter on the server — computed once for all viewers, and only changed rings are sent. Verified with a load test of a large show (3 days, about 9,000 dogs).
  • Tablets and office: faster judging schedule, live catalogue and secretary queue pages at large shows.

0.21.1 — 29 September 2026

  • Exhibitor: after creating a RingPass account you get an email with a “Confirm your email address” link (valid for 48 hours). The account works right away, but you can send a show entry once the address is confirmed — until then a reminder with a “Send again” button is shown at the top of the page. Logging in with an email link also confirms the address. Accounts created earlier are already confirmed.
  • Exhibitor: you can change your email address in “Your account” — we send a link to the new address and the account switches to it once you click.
  • Exhibitor: after an online payment you get a “Payment received — entry paid” email with a summary: show, dogs, classes, amount, payment number and a link to the entry. When a fee is refunded — a “Refund accepted for processing” email.
  • Exhibitor: the show page links to the show regulations (organiser's PDF), and in the entry wizard the consent “I have read and accept the show regulations” leads to that file. If the organiser has not attached their own — to the ZKwP show regulations.
  • Show office: in “Details and dates” you can upload your own show regulations (PDF); every upload is a new version, and each entry shows which version the exhibitor accepted.
  • Branch administrator: the dashboard of a finished show has a new item “Move to archive” — with a description of the consequences and warnings (e.g. unpaid entries, thank-you emails not sent). Only the RingDesk operator can restore a show from the archive for editing.

0.21.0 — 29 September 2026

  • Show office: new “Thank-you mail” page in the show menu. After the show you can send exhibitors a mail thanking them for taking part — only to those whose dog was present.
  • Exhibitor: the thank-you mail contains your dogs' results (approved by the judge), a link to the judging sheet, to results and judging sheet photos in RingPass, and to the results and catalogue of the whole show. It arrives in your account language.
  • Show office: you edit the text in Polish, English and German — a ready template is already filled in. Send it with a button or set automatic sending, e.g. 24 hours after the show ends.
  • Show office: a counter of sent thank-you mails is on the “Thank-you mail” page and on the show dashboard. A second click does not send the mails again; “Send again” needs a confirmation.
  • Show office: a new task “Thank you for taking part” on the preparation list ticks itself off once the mails are sent.
  • Show office: the results verification and publication pages open noticeably faster at large shows (over 1,000 dogs).
  • Quality: a new test suite goes through a whole show in the browser — from the exhibitor's account and dog in RingPass to the thank-you mail, and a large show from the office side (plan, catalogue, tablets, exports, settlement).

0.20.4 — 29 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: next to the dog photo, the pedigree photo and documents, your phone now shows two buttons: “Take photo” (opens the camera straight away) and “Choose from gallery / file” (a photo from the gallery or a PDF). Until now some Android phones did not offer the camera at all.
  • Exhibitors: before sending you see a preview of the photo with a “Take again” button — fix a blurred or cropped photo straight away, before it reaches the show office.
  • Exhibitors: large camera photos are reduced before sending (e.g. from 4 MB to 1 MB), so they upload faster even with a weak signal — and the pedigree text stays readable. PDF files are sent unchanged.
  • Exhibitors: short tips next to the fields on how to take a good photo — e.g. “Lay the document flat, in good light, with the whole page in the frame and no glare”. This is also described in the exhibitor guide.

0.20.3 — 29 September 2026

  • Ring secretaries and ring stewards: if the ring data does not arrive straight after opening the e-mail link, the app shows “Downloading ring data…” and retries on its own (there is also a “Try again” button) — instead of an empty screen that needed a page reload.
  • Ring secretaries: the tablet link is no longer lost when the data cannot be downloaded the first time — no need to ask the office for a new one.
  • Everyone in the ring: on a phone or tablet that is too old, the app says straight away that the device or browser is too old and what is needed — instead of an empty screen.
  • Show office and ring secretaries: a new “Hardware requirements” section in the guides — which tablet and phone to choose, with a recommendation for a tablet with a SIM card (LTE/5G), so that approval with the judge's PIN does not depend on the venue Wi-Fi.

0.20.2 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: the show office guide can be downloaded straight from the panel (PDF) — in the “Your role” pop-up, in the panel footer and on the “Exports and printouts” page. Every team member can see it.
  • Show office and ring secretaries: the ring secretary guide (PDF) — in the panel next to the ring tablets, and on the tablet in the menu → “Your role” (when online).
  • Exhibitors: a new help page “Exhibitor guide” in RingPass (also as a PDF; in Polish) — linked in the footer and in “My account”.
  • Show office: in “Finals judges” a competition can now be judged by several judges (e.g. BIS by a panel, up to 5) — add them one by one, remove any of them, and the printout lists them all.

0.20.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: the judging schedule builder now guides you step by step — six steps above the tabs (day settings, allocation, rings and times, saving to the planner, conflicts, publishing the plan) showing what is done, with a “Next” button. Works on a phone too.
  • Show office: when the branch has several shows on the same day (e.g. CACIB and a club show), the main button is “Save for all shows of the day”. Saving only one show is tucked away and warns that the other show keeps its old times.
  • Show office: the builder notices when the plan in the ring planner is older than the builder layout (e.g. after changing the day settings) and shows “Plan in the ring planner is out of date — save it” — in the builder and on the show dashboard — with a button that fixes it in one click.
  • Show office: in “Conflicts”, errors coming from an old plan are explained (“the builder layout is correct; the saved plan is older”) and come with a button to save for all shows of the day.
  • Show office: a new guide “Judging schedule builder — step by step” (PDF with screenshots, a CACIB + club show example, colours, FAQ; in Polish) — the “Step-by-step guide” button on every builder page.

0.20.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: a new “Exports and printouts” page in the show menu — all reports and printouts in one place: catalogue, start numbers, judging sheets, the print-shop PDF and new lists.
  • Show office: download every report as CSV, Excel (XLSX) — numbers, dates and amounts are real numbers and dates, with a filter in the header row — or PDF on A4 with the show name, time of generation, who downloaded it and page numbers.
  • Show office: new reports: exhibitors with catalogue numbers and extras (for handing out packs), dogs by ring and breed with judge and time, absent dogs, show results and awarded titles (judge-approved only), financial settlement, judge and crew contacts, preparation tasks, dog verifications and the show change log.
  • Show office: filters by day, ring, breed and status. PDFs of long lists are prepared in the background; download the finished file from the same page.
  • Show office: the show commissioner can download everything they can view; judge and crew contacts are for the office and administrator only, the change log for the administrator and commissioner. Everything also works for archived shows.
  • Security: the microchip number never appears in a PDF, and every download with personal data is logged.
  • Exhibitor: “My data” (account export) now includes the dogs' verification history — when, which organiser and the outcome, without names of office staff.

0.19.2 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: large amounts on dashboard tiles (e.g. “Income”) now fit inside the tile, and the page no longer scrolls sideways.

0.19.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: the “To check” list now shows the reason for each dog: new pedigree, changed dog data (what it was and what it is now — highlighted), a document for the champion or working class, resent after rejection.
  • Show office: when rejecting, you pick a ready-made reason (e.g. illegible photo, data do not match the pedigree, required page missing) and can add a note. The exhibitor gets an e-mail in their language.
  • Show office: each entry shows who verified the dog and when (“Verified by O/Gniezno, 12.03.2027”), and the entry card has the full verification history — useful in case of a protest.
  • Branch administrator: a new setting in the branch details — “Accept dog verifications by other branches” (on by default). When it is off, dogs checked elsewhere go to your office for confirmation, and a rejection applies only to your shows.
  • Exhibitor: your dog's page shows which organiser verified it and when. If a document is rejected, you will see the reason and a “Correct and resend” button.
  • Exhibitor: corrected dog data or a new photo of a document goes back for checking automatically.

0.19.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office (add-on module): judging schedule builder. Set the day's timeline — rings start, BIS time, lunch and pace (15 dogs per hour comfortable, 20 fast) — and the builder calculates when each judge will finish.
  • Show office: colours for judges: green — finishes comfortably, yellow — only at a fast pace, red — won't finish before BIS. All of the branch's shows on the same day are counted together, e.g. CACIB and club shows.
  • Show office: allocate breeds to judges by hand or with “Suggest allocation”, which balances the workload. Locked breeds stay as they are, and a judge repeating a breed on consecutive days is flagged.
  • Show office: rings and block times go to the ring planner with one click — and from there to the catalogue, the show page and RingPass. Change the breed order with arrows.
  • Show office: warnings when a judge would be in two rings at once, or the same dog or owner has the same breed at the same time at two shows.
  • Show office, show day: finals judges list — for each competition the judges who have already finished breed judging, one-click choice and a printout for the main ring.
  • The RingDesk team enables the builder at the branch's request. Without it the ring planner works as before.

0.18.2 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: the print-ready catalogue PDF is now prepared in the background — large shows work without errors too. Click “Prepare print-ready PDF”; when the file is ready, a “Download PDF” button appears. You can close the page in the meantime.

0.18.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Demo account only: simulate a whole show with one click — 3 shows, 200 fictional exhibitors each with their dogs, judges with their teams, judging schedule and catalogue. You can also simulate the show day with live results.
  • Demo account only: “Remove simulation” deletes all test data, so tests can be repeated as often as needed.
  • Nothing changes for real shows — the tool works only in the demo version.

0.18.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: a new “Preparation” tab: a checklist of tasks after entries close, such as payments, the judging plan, the catalogue for the printer, contracts with the medical service and the vet, judges, ring teams and prizes. Each task has a responsible person, a deadline, a note and attachments, and overdue tasks are shown in red.
  • Show office: the responsible person gets an e-mail reminder before a task's deadline and once it has passed. Some tasks tick themselves off, e.g. “every breed has a ring and a judge”. A branch can set up its own task template for future shows.
  • Show office and exhibitors: the judging plan shows rings, judges, times, breeds, the number of dogs in each class and the catalogue numbers. It is printed in the catalogue and, once the office publishes it, also appears on the show page in RingPass.
  • Exhibitors: your entry and your entry confirmation show the ring, the time your breed is judged and the judge.
  • Show office: a complete catalogue for the printer in the ZKwP layout: a cover with a photo, a title page, the show programme, a welcome letter, sponsors, advertisements, a list of exhibitors and a notes page. Optionally, there is space next to each dog to write the grade and placing.
  • Show office: a print-ready PDF in one click, with page numbers, bleed and a page count suited to stapling. When you upload an advertisement, the system checks that its quality is good enough for print.
  • Exhibitors: a dog's microchip number is never printed in the catalogue. The programme page carries a discreet footer, “Catalogue prepared in RingDesk”.

0.17.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Everyone: a new “What's new” page (the one you are reading). Click the version number in the footer to open it. It is available in Polish, English and German.
  • Show office: the office manual now covers the panel features it was missing.
  • Exhibitors and ring secretaries: new short step-by-step guides: one for exhibitors (account, dogs, entries, results) and one for ring secretaries (tablet from a link, judging, judge's PIN, working without a connection).

0.17.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Judge: after each breed is judged, the judge approves the results with their own 6-digit PIN on the ring secretary's tablet. Before entering it, the judge sees a summary (dogs, grades, placings, medals and titles) with warnings, e.g. about a dog without a grade. The judge sets the PIN from a link in an e-mail, available in Polish, English or German.
  • Ring secretary: approval of a breed with the judge's PIN replaces “Judge signed — publish”. Results can still be entered without internet, but the approval itself needs a connection. When there is no connection, the judge can enter the PIN at the show office.
  • PIN security: the PIN works only for the judge's own breeds and only on the day of judging. It locks after 5 wrong attempts, and the show office unlocks it. The office can also generate a “PIN for an envelope” if the judge has not set one.
  • Exhibitors: your dog's result appears in your RingPass account as soon as the secretary enters it, together with a photo of the report card and the label “judged — being verified”. The result becomes public only after the judge's approval.
  • Show office: a new “Judges' PINs” page shows each judge's PIN status and lets you send the link, create a PIN for an envelope and unlock a PIN.
  • Show office (add-on module): “Results verification by the office”: the office checks judge-approved results against the report card photos and marks them as verified. Live results then show “✓ verified”. The RingDesk operator enables this module.
  • Show office: a detailed “Tablet log” shows who entered or changed a result, when and on which device, including work done offline. This helps with protests.
  • Partners (e.g. BreedManager): a new notification when a show's results are complete, plus notifications about later changes in result status.

0.16.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: the dog form explains how to fill in the data according to the ZKwP Show Regulations. It also reminds you that the data must match the pedigree exactly.
  • Exhibitors: you now choose your dog's titles from a list (Ch.PL, Mł.Ch.PL, CIB and others). A separate field takes championships from other countries and working qualifications (e.g. Ch.CZ, IPO-III).
  • Exhibitors: a dog that is 15 months or older on the day of judging cannot be entered with a “Pedigree being prepared or in nostrification” note and no number. The form tells you what to enter during nostrification.
  • Exhibitors: the “Sire” and “Dam” fields accept only the name and kennel name, without pedigree numbers or titles. The branch registration number is now checked against the pattern 01234/XXII/19.

0.16.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: the ring secretary and ring steward now form the judge's team and move with the judge between rings. The ring planner has a new “Judges' teams” section, which warns you when a judge has no secretary.
  • Show office: you can add a team member from your team or from outside it, e.g. a volunteer without an account (first name, last name and e-mail are enough).
  • Ring secretary: the tablet starts from a one-time link in an e-mail, with no QR code needed. The queue covers the judge's breeds in all rings, in time order (“→ Ring 7 · 10:40”).
  • Show office: a change of person on the show day is recorded with the time and a reason. The new person gets a link with one click, and the previous person's tablet can be disconnected. The team history is kept.
  • Show office: the “for protest” view of a dog shows the judge's team at the time of judging and the person behind every record.

0.15.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: the calendar and show page no longer show an empty box. They show the organiser's photo, an illustration matched to the show (marked “AI illustration”) or a banner with the city and date.
  • Everyone: the selected language in the language switcher is now clearly visible. On phones the switcher collapses into a globe button.
  • Show office: the RingDesk panel works better on phones: the top bar no longer makes the page too wide, and your role and log out are shown as icons.
  • Everyone: layout fixes for German on small screens.

0.15.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: you can now cancel a show and give a reason. Entries close and tablets stop accepting records. Only the RingDesk operator can restore a cancelled show.
  • Exhibitors: if a show is cancelled, entered exhibitors receive an e-mail in their language with the reason and the organiser's contact details. The show stays in the calendar marked “cancelled”.
  • Show office (administrator, treasurer): a new “Invoicing details” card: invoice recipient, invoicing e-mail, payment contact and a preview of the invoice.
  • RingDesk operator: a client register, invoicing details (for ZKwP branches the buyer is ZKwP) and a document archive with versions, where nothing is ever deleted.
  • Everyone: fixes to German texts on phones.

0.14.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Partners: every application that uses the RingPass API, including our own (BreedManager, DogWorldBase), needs its own key limited to the permissions it actually needs. The RingDesk operator issues the keys.
  • Partners: the API description at /api/v1/docs stays public.

0.14.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Partners: a new read-only API with the show calendar, show details (days, rings, judges) and judge-approved results. It never includes microchips, pedigrees or owner data.
  • Partners: notifications (webhooks) about a new show, entries opening and closing, deadline changes and published results. They are signed, and failed deliveries are retried.
  • RingDesk operator: management of partner keys (issue, change permissions, new key, revoke) and a log of delivered notifications.

0.13.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Everyone: the app screenshots on the RingPass and RingDesk home pages are in the page language (Polish, English or German).
  • Everyone: AI-generated images carry a visible “AI illustration” badge.
  • Everyone: phone layout fixes and one common footer, “© Kynologic Sp. z o.o.”.

0.13.0 — 28 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: all of RingPass now works in Polish, English and German: the calendar, show pages, live results, your account, dogs, entries and payments.
  • Exhibitors: e-mails are sent in the exhibitor's language.
  • Ring secretary and ring steward: the ring app has a language choice in the menu (PL/EN/DE), which the device remembers. Invitations for notes are also sent in German.
  • Show office: the RingDesk panel is available in English and German, including printouts and CSV exports. The report card stays bilingual (PL/EN).
  • Everyone: class, grade and title names follow FCI in English and VDH in German.
  • Show office: the office manual has new screenshots.

0.12.1 — 28 September 2026

  • Show office: a new “Don't show me as a contact” option. Each staff member decides whether secretaries, stewards and judges see their name and e-mail on the tablets. If nobody is left on the list, the branch's contact details are shown instead.
  • Show office: a ready-made rules template, “ZKwP — pedigree dog show regulations” (classes, grades, titles, finals, medals), is available when you create a show.

0.12.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Show office: roles in the panel are clearly separated. The show commissioner sees the whole panel read-only, and the treasurer handles finances.
  • Show office: a blocked action now shows who can make the change, instead of a bare error.
  • Show office: a new “Team and permissions” page with a table of who can do what and a list of people with ring access (tablets, links).
  • Branch administrator: you can add people to your team, change their roles, reset two-step verification and edit the branch details yourself.
  • Everyone in the panel and on the tablet: “Your role” shows who you are, what you can do and whom to contact.

0.11.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Everyone: results become public only when the judge has signed the report card. Until then, live results show “Class judged — awaiting the judge’s signature”.
  • Ring secretary: the tablet has a “Judge signed — publish class” bar, with warnings about dogs without a grade and about discrepancies. Since version 0.17.0 the judge's PIN replaces it.
  • Show office: a “Results publication” page shows what has not been published yet. It also lets the office publish results in an emergency, with a reason.

0.10.1 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: RingPass has no “ticket”. What you make is an entry, and the document with the QR code is the entry confirmation. We updated the texts on the pages and in e-mails.

0.10.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: “My data” lets you download all your data in one file (dogs, documents, entries, payments, results).
  • Exhibitors: you can delete your account, with 14 days to change your mind. You can also delete a dog or a document. Anything already used in entries stays with the organiser.
  • Show office: two-step verification (a code from a phone app) is now mandatory. It comes with backup codes and a “trust this device for 30 days” option.
  • Everyone: protection against password guessing (a temporary lock after failed attempts).
  • Show office: 30 days after the show, its panel moves to the archive. You can still view, print and export data there, but not change it. After 5 years personal data is anonymised, and the results stay.
  • Everyone: we remove location and device data (EXIF/GPS) from photos.

0.9.2 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: a draft of the RingPass Terms and a full privacy policy (PL/EN), prepared for legal review.
  • Exhibitors: when you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms.
  • Exhibitors: the show page lists the organiser's address, e-mail and phone number.

0.9.1 — 27 September 2026

  • Everyone: public launch of the RingPass and RingDesk home pages, the show calendar and the “Book a demo” form. Exhibitor accounts are coming soon.
  • Everyone: a privacy policy on both services.
  • Everyone: fonts now load from our own server instead of Google.

0.9.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: a new RingPass home page with search, upcoming shows and a countdown to the entry deadline. The calendar is at “/wystawy/”, with city, date and breed filters.
  • Show office: a new RingDesk page for organisers with a “Book a demo” form.
  • Exhibitors: you can log in with a one-time link from an e-mail (no password needed), and there is a “Forgot your password?” link.
  • Everyone: the first pages are available in English.

0.8.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Ring steward (and the judge, if the organiser allows it): your own ring notes on a phone. You open them from a link in an e-mail, with no account needed. Notes are not the official result.
  • Ring secretary: the tablet shows discrepancies between the secretary's record and the steward's note, and “Agree on one version” lets you resolve them. The secretary can also take a photo of the report card with the tablet.
  • Show office: an “Entry check” page lists discrepancies and has a printable “for protest” view of each dog (all records, notes and the report card photo).
  • Show office: bank statement import (MT940, camt.053, CSV from Polish banks). Transfers are matched to entries automatically, and unclear ones are left for you to check.
  • Show office: you can record a cash or card payment at the office. Exhibitors receive a “Payment booked” e-mail.
  • Everyone: two brands: RingPass (ringpass.eu) for exhibitors and the public, and RingDesk (ringdesk.eu) for organisers.

0.7.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: your payment goes directly to the show organiser, through the organiser's PayU or Przelewy24 gateway or as a bank transfer with a QR code for your banking app.
  • Show office (administrator, treasurer): a “Branch payments” page where you connect your own gateway and test the connection. The office also confirms transfers and issues refunds there.
  • Ring secretary: medals for placings (gold, silver, bronze) according to the show rules, and information such as “1st place of 5”.
  • Exhibitors: medals and placings are shown in live results and in your account.
  • Show office: printing of judge's report cards (A5 / A4, PL/EN) following the ZKwP/FCI template. The microchip number appears only on the report card, never in the catalogue.

0.6.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Exhibitors: e-mail reminders: the day before your dog is judged, before entry deadlines of shows you follow, and about an unpaid entry. You can turn off each of them.
  • Exhibitors: a map of shows, and reading the dog's data from a photo of the pedigree when you add a dog.
  • Ring secretary: a “Main ring” mode for the finals (FCI groups, BIS and additional competitions).
  • Everyone: the TV screen shows the final in progress.
  • Show office: entries can be opened only after the advance fee for the licence has been booked.

0.5.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Show office: you can limit the breeds at a show (selected FCI groups or breeds, e.g. a gundog show).
  • Everyone: the app version number appears in the footer of every page.

0.4.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Everyone: a new look for the exhibitor portal, live results, the ring app and the organiser panel.

0.3.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Everyone: first launch in a test environment, with database backups.

0.2.0 — 27 September 2026

  • Ring secretary: a ring app for tablets that also works without internet.
  • Show office: the show rules (classes, grades, titles) are a setting, not a fixed part of the program.

0.1.0 — 27 September 2026

  • First version: shows, entries and results, plus sending results from the rings.
